Simple for you, demanding for us. Four steps, one rule: nothing is produced until you have approved the exact drawing of your medal.
The brief — tell us about your event
The name of the race, the date, the number of participants, your visual universe. A vector logo is ideal, but a simple sketch or an inspiration photo is enough: our studio draws.
What we'll ask: estimated quantity, event date, indicative budget if you have one.
The proof — your medal as a drawing, within 48 h
You receive the exact visual of your future medal: shape, relief, colours, ribbon. Request revisions until it's exactly right. Free, no commitment.
Nothing goes to production without your written approval of the proof.
Production — 3 to 5 weeks
Mould creation for your shape, metal die-casting, colour enamelling, ribbon assembly. Large runs and specific requests (numbering, boxes) can take a little longer.
Tip: for a September event, order in June–July. Tight deadline? Say so at the brief — we adapt.
Delivery — timed to your date
Shipped as a tracked parcel, number shared on dispatch. We aim for a comfortable arrival before the big day, not the night before.
