›What are the lead times?
Quote within 24 h, artwork proof within 48 h, then 3 to 5 weeks of production depending on the run. Express delivery available for tight deadlines — give us your event date and we commit to it.
›What is the minimum order?
50 medals. Below that, mould costs make the run unreasonable — tell us about your project anyway, we sometimes find a way.
›What files do you need?
Ideally a vector logo (AI, SVG, PDF). But a sketch, a photo or a simple idea is enough — our studio designs the medal for you, free of charge, before any production.
›Is the artwork really free?
Yes. You receive the exact visual of your medal (front, ribbon, colours) before committing. Revisions included until you approve.
›How is the price calculated?
Four factors: size, relief (2D or sculpted 3D), colouring (enamel, UV print) and quantity — unit price drops sharply with volume. Add the striking mould, created once for your design: we keep it, so a re-edition the following year doesn't pay for it again. Everything is itemised in the quote, within 24 h.
›What if my registrations surge?
The mould already exists: an express top-up run starts without redoing the artwork or the mould. Tell us your numbers early and we align production with your countdown.
›Where do you deliver?
Mainland France and all of Europe, tracked and insured. Overseas territories and outside Europe on request. Medals arrive counted, checked and ribboned — ready to hand out.
